这么敷衍的回复一下子把我给炸了,这个冬天第一次没有赖床,一下子从床上跳起来!!!然后摩拳擦掌的回复邮件并且附上之前的截图。之后客服说去和酒店communicate去,让我等消息。。。。不知为啥还要和酒店商量。。。反正大概等了一天多,回复说通过了我的claim,价格变成了之前我booking Genius可以预定的价格,就是match了9折,额外打了9折。故事到这里就结束了吗???怎么可能。还有2个遗留问题。1. 打下来的价格让我在酒店消费 “the adjustment will be convert to the hotel credit. You may use the hotel credit for food and beverage or spa treatment during your stay.” 。我当然是不同意的,但是铁公鸡新加坡香格里拉好像是拒绝了另外refund给我,现在还在纠缠中。2. 另一条,也是最让我不开心和内心滴血的是,在通过了我的BRG申请后,当天的官方的预付价格降价了!!!比我B后的价格。。。。还要便宜。。。又一包火冉冉升起
