我想问问现在我用香港amex gt美国，香港卡已经用了一年多了，现在美国那边要4506c表，怎么办啊？有人可以提供一下美国gt那边电话号码吗

Moving to the United States of America

In order to retain your existing Membership status as you make your move to the United States please apply for a new Card online or by phone. Whatever option you choose, be sure to provide your existing Account number when you apply, as well as the additional information listed below.

Apply for your new Card online:

Select your preferred Card from our ersonal Card or Business Card page.

Click to apply online for your chosen Card.

Please acknowledge that you are an existing Card Member by clicking on the relevant ‘Already a Card Member’ link within the application form to continue.

Complete the application with your existing Account number, new U.S. home address and home telephone number.

Once the application has been successfully submitted, we may contact you within a week for identification documentation or any additional information.

Upon approval and acceptance, we will send you your new Card (we aim to have it to you within two weeks of receiving any required documents).

Please call the number on the back of your existing Card to transfer Membership Reward points or if you choose to cancel your Card.

对啊，都一年多了，最近打了四五次电话都要我4506，

我打了877 239 3491

也没提让填收入啊

可能是地址的原因，我在小红书上看到一个也是一直不成功后来换了地址成功了

打电话时强调你已经有香港amex卡现在是想global transfer, 再问他有没有看到你香港的history, 之前有报告说如果香港信用太短他也会在电话说明的, 如果还不成功就试试像楼上说换地址再试

我的之前很多次都是4506，可能是地址的问题，你的地址是私人住宅嘛？如果不是的话，可以调整不要输邮箱号试试，信件一样可以收到的
