I have 3 separate reservation in your hotel with each lasting 1 day. Due to one special offer I recently receive from IHG, there will be more benefit to me if I have one stay which lasting 3 days. Hence please help me to change my stay from 3 separate stay to 1 stay lasting three days? Thanks.

不需要，ihg基本没有s的概念，3n就是3n，拆分合并都一样

其实是要合并stay不是分割。。。
