有照片，一个白人三四十岁的男的，非常熟练，一上来就要了瓶装水（要知道瑞航经济不提供瓶装水的），放饭的时候拿了两种酒还有饮料。一平飞就后仰到最大。

投诉回复了，While your frustration at having your seat reservation changed at short notice is comprehensible, I ask for your understanding concerning the fact that a seat reservation can be amended at the gate following an aircraft version change. Therefore, on intercontinental routes, we offer our guests the possibility to reserve a specific seat in advance against payment of a fee.
