感谢，我看了，意思就是只能用来消费。不能付账单，做现金交易这种。就是消费卡。付房租能算消费吗？好像也有点模糊。

他去ray white办公室刷卡的，应该也算消费，不是用来付账单

买红卡就可以了，2.95手续费，都是eftpos。

我不是法学的专家

但是

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used for cash equivalent transactions (such as bill payments, purchase of financial products or foreign currency, or gambling transactions), reloaded, returned for a refund or have their balances consolidated to a new gift card. We may in our sole discretion elect to cancel a gift card or block such a transaction if you attempt to do so. Gift cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

付房租我感觉是bill 但是具体是不是bill 我也不知道啊。。。。。。。

但是

去中介办公室刷卡应该没问题吧，不像去邮局，这个太明显了。而且其实他们也不查ID的，他们只管卖卡，哪里刷不都一样么，有啥区别，又没拿来犯法
