I'm so glad to become a Titanium Elite, which provide me a free night award(40k).However, the travel plan has been adjusted for many times and the recent order in Haikou has also been cancelled by the hotel due to some unknow reasons, so I truely have trouble to used this certificate before new year's day which I planed to use during my family trip this year.
