想问一下有经验的飞友们,看汉莎让我提供的这些信息,这是要我提供借记卡的相关信息吧?姓名的话拼音就好?

Thank you for your email dated March 9, 2019.
We sincerely regret to be informed of the flight irregularity encountered on your journey from Munich to Shanghai on March 8, 2019. Any changes to your anticipated schedule can be stressful and your frustration under these circumstances is understandable.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.
The reason for the flight delay falls within our scope of liability and the EC 261/2004 regulations grants a compensatory payment of EUR 600 per passenger. In order for us to process the payment we will need the following banking details;
-Account holder name
-Bank name
-Branch name
-CNAPS Code (not swift code)
-Account number
As soon as we receive the requested information we will proceed with the payment without issuing any further correspondence. Since the transaction is being processed by our accounting department, kindly allow for some time for the payment to clear.
In spite of this unfortunate experience we hope that you will continue to put your trust in Lufthansa and we look forward to welcoming you back on board again.
