expat的elite信用卡总算到了

expat的elite信用卡总算到了。

三月从Premier升级上来的，当时客服说是0年费，今天收到了看了一下果然是0年费的。

不过三月寄出，现在才到，我已经replace了。

网银激活了还是成功了，去店里消费了一笔也ok，所以replace的卡是哪里不一样？旧卡还可以用的……

国内也没有存钱，第一次申请的premier批5K，后来自己升级上来额度调整到13K
