分享俩39DA账号,关于月初系统维护的补偿问题
维护期间都没有IHG入住的预订,有覆盖到9/5-9/10号隔壁万豪系的预订。
我账号先是打美国电话客服反馈过,告知不是酒店入住体验问题。是系统问题无法登陆账户,无法积分房下单,客服也基本offline,而且影响达标40DA的里程碑。电话客服没给我处理好就断线了,我肉疼电话费也没再打,后来次日到账Goodwill 5k积分。
我媳妇账号我直接发推沟通的,表达的差不多意思,还提到隔壁集团没会员,住了几天没待遇比较遗憾,还给发了个期间入住万豪的订单截图。当时回复说给开了个case,作为钻卡会员的Courtesy,后来一周后到账GR Compensation 10k积分。
回复就是
