预定了年底dxb出发的行程，前两天迪拜航空发邮件取消了航班，同一天的不同时间，阿联酋航空有另一班飞机飞这条线路。
现在航司和代理都表示只能退票（连同另一程回程一起），有什么办法可以让迪拜航空帮我签转到阿航？
官网remedy for cancellation & delay条款里有这样一条：
We will take all reasonable measures necessary to avoid delay in carrying you and your Baggage. These measures may include using an alternative aircraft or arranging for a flight to be operated for us by an alternative airline, or both.
我已经在用这一条条款去battle了，IATA有没有类似规定，可以援引的？
