6月12号，要求anytimemailbox转发邮件，报价20多美元，便付款让对方发送了，昨天收到后，总共有6封信，发现少了一封Citi银行卡的邮件，便通过邮件联系对方，对方说，citi信件在他的手上，是否要发给我，我问他为什么没有一起转寄过来？对方回复：We had 2 bundles ready to send to you. We only sent 1. We will send it out to you with all of your other mail items to avoid storage fees at a discounted price.情况属实吗？这种情况是对方真的准备了2个包裹还是对方的失误少发了一个邮件？
