本帖最后由 KEVVV 于 2024-9-13 16:32 编辑 来过澳门可能十来次了，从伦敦人威尼斯人巴黎人永利皇宫再到新开的安达仕W都住过，但是还是觉得这家喜来登性价比高，戴口罩时候来便宜到都是整周住，感觉不住都亏，最近经济下行荷包缩水，看到万豪又有入住送积分活动，跑来住几晚，想来想去还是想住氹仔，万豪在银河那两家最近几年老发生凶案，感觉有点忌讳，W才住过房间不大位置也有点偏，所以就又选了喜来登，毕竟地理位置好。
可是万万没想到预定时候也没看到有说酒店在装修，入住时候先给了12楼房间，楼下平台施工，换到15楼。
第一晚睡得很好，除了凌晨4点床头顶的射灯突然开了。。。把我晃醒了，起来关了灯开了床头灯戴眼罩继续睡，门是反锁的，有一丝丝害怕的诡异。不知道喜来登是不是也发生过凶案？我第二晚都是开一边床头灯睡的。
然后后面三天早上每天早上9点之前就被施工噪音吵醒，噪音能吵到让你无法忍受的那种级别。打电话跟酒店抱怨，员工都很nice，耐心倾听，但是无能为力，导致我后面几天完全没睡好，精神很差，我也真的就是无语，发不起脾气都。我真的觉得施工钻地吵到这种程度这酒店为什么还能运营。。。
不懂娱乐场楼上的酒店为什么能约定早上9点开始施工，实际早上8点多就开始施工。这次澳门度假体验真的太失败了。
最后一天早上又被吵醒，打电话给酒店问能不能协调一下让他们晚点施工，酒店工作人员耐心倾听安抚，先后提出送早餐、酒店派车送，都被我婉拒了，因为真的不需要，我也不是想让他们赔什么，就是想告诉他们入住体验真的非常差，我就是前几天没睡好，连换酒店搬东西的欲望都没有，每天都想着再将就一下算了。。。最后小姐姐说送3000积分吧，我听完都笑了，3000积分，我本来也没想说让他们赔什么，天天送水果送糕点的（虽然我都没开封，看着就没食欲），也搞得我很不好意思，换位思考也理解他们作为酒店运营服务人员无能为力，唉，就这样吧。。。
今天收到问卷写了review：
The hotel is under a major refurbishment and the loud noise is really annoying and unavoidable. I don't think it's the right time to stay at the hotel, especially for those who stay up late, as the workers start making strong noises even before 9am.
The hotel staff are all kind, patient, and willing to help, but they can really do nothing to reduce the negative factors caused by the refurbishment and construction. I do advocate the management of the hotel to coordinate and rearrange the working hours of the construction, as the current environment you provide for customers really cannot meet a normal requirement for a quality hotel.
It's really hard to believe that the hotel is still open under a such noise pollution environment, and the management allows the constructors begin to work just before 9am every day, even it's a CASINO hotel in the leisure, shopping and gaming area instead of a business hotel in the business district.
I don't blame the hotel staff as they already tried their best to help and placate customers, while the hotel management and the proprietor really need to rethink their decisions to keep this hotel open during the annoying construction/renovation period.
最近几个月要去澳门、特别睡眠不好或者像我习惯晚睡晚起的，千万避开这家喜来登。。。真的欲哭无泪。
