[Joanne] You will need to contact British Airways directly as we are not British Airways and I have no access to your account I am afraid to assist you. You will need to resend the email if you did not receive a confirmation of receipt of voucher.
[carlos] I received the email from evoucher which told me I could get my avios in 5days, but now 20days past

[carlos] yes , I check my BA account everyday
[Joanne] They do not have on they have to be contacted via email.
