本帖最后由 Mr.kai 于 2018-5-4 13:39 编辑 素闻坡县Conrad钻卡升级升两档,于是订了Hilton亚太促销六五折含早不含税价格259SGD的Premium King Room,等着到店升套。入住当天,看到app显示升级到Centennial King Suite,达成小确幸。抵达酒店已是下午5点左右,前台妹纸大概是韩裔,本身英语就烂的我,听着韩式英语就更加懵逼。好像31楼的酒廊装修好了,前台告知房间没有准备好,可以去酒廊休息等房间收拾好。大约21点酒店来电说房间好了,吃饱喝足那就回去睡觉呗。。到前台索要了房卡,房间安排在30楼,Room3001。进门瞬间下意识的飙了句二字经“我X”,63平的套怎么这么大。打开app看到房间变更为Conrad Suite,市售3000SGD一晚。实在太累了,泡个澡在太妃椅上就睡着了。
离店后收到邮件调查,跟酒店吐槽了以下几点:1.排队入住,有人插队前台视若无睹;2.房间准备时间太长,17点到店再到21点房间准备好花费了4小时;3.这么长的准备时间,房间这墙壁上还粘了纸条,如下图示;4.不能late check out,这点之前有飞友吐槽过,酒店套房紧张也能理解。酒店的邮件回复也是很惊艳了,“We also apologize if it was not clearly communicated to you, that you were upgraded to the Presidential Suite from your original reservation which is a Premium Room”,哈?!原来我住的是143平的总套?!
