去完宜家家私扫货,跟闺蜜顺道过来福朋喜来登吃生蚝自助餐,星级酒店的自助餐就吃得多,以生蚝海鲜为主题的,还是宜客乐深得我心,从酒店大堂走进去就到了,记得提前定位,拿个好桌子。
地方很大,由于过来的时间比较早,客人并不太多,地方还真的是挺宽敞的,桌面的摆设也是极尽体贴,服务很周到,几百个品种总有你喜欢的,而我就独爱各种蠔。

既然是主打生蚝的自助餐,这边的蚝的做法是相当多,能吃生的当然就是吃生蚝了,都是进口的大生蚝,而且非常的新鲜,就连我这个经常闹肚子的吃了也不会不舒服。
生蚝够大只,蚝形修长,蚝肉透明,肉质富弹性,味甜,肥度适中,咸味浓,海水味及蚝味温和,如果吃不了生的,也建议吃一下这边的蒸生蚝,保持了生蚝的原汁原味。
当然,如果觉得吃原味生蚝有点单调,这边也有很多种选择,可以选择蒜蓉做法,还有芝士做法,这两种也是除了生吃跟清蒸之外,最多人喜欢的做法。

除了蠔这边的海鲜种类也相当丰富,虾,鲍,蟹,贝样样有,元贝就是我最喜欢的了,这边的元贝直接就可以拿来吃,不用开壳剥,懒人最爱的啦。
日本料理的种类也很多的,刺身常见的三文鱼这边是无限量供应,寿司在旁边也有专门的区域,鳗鱼寿司相当推荐,还有大大的蟹棒寿司,一次过大满足。
喜欢吃熟食的这边也很多选择了,鳕鱼羊排大烤鸡,各种各样的做法都有,炖汤每隔一段时间就会出炉,土鸡炖虫草花料好足,中菜系的烧腊都出彩的。

甜品区也是必不可少,冰柜里面跟架子上的甜品种类都很多,还有现做的蛋糕,对于我来说,雪糕的吸引力更加大,这边采用的是新西兰的无添加雪糕,入口即化,口味也多。
生蚝搭配白葡萄酒是绝配了,condes葡萄酒,来自智利的酒庄,给你不一样的口感,人均200多块钱生蚝任吃,回本完全无压力,再强调一次,必须是生蚝自助餐的天花板。
