入住前一天2点前取消可退，之后不可退。半小时前刚实践过

说是系统确认，酒店给可以升级的房型、数量吧。如果升房券确认了，且在入住前一天当地时间14:00后，再取消订单，则不退。如果取消的早，没退给你，可以打给客服问一下。希望没有记错
