自问自答好了，关于浴室的问题写了邮件去问，答复如下：

The shower services at West Hall are open now.
We have 5 outlets in Hong Kong International Airport:
1. Plaza Premium Lounge Arrival Hall (in non-restricted area, Terminal 2)
2. Plaza Premium Lounge West Hall (near Gate 40, Terminal 1)
3. Plaza Premium Lounge East Hall (near Gate 1, Terminal 1)
4. Transit Resting Lounge by Aerotel (located at Gate 35 Transit Resting Lounge, Terminal 1)
5. Plaza Premium Lounge First (near Gate 1, Terminal 1)
For transit passengers holding onward boarding pass, we recommend you to book your services with Plaza Premium First, Plaza Premium Lounge West Hall or Transit Resting Lounge by Aerotel, whilst Plaza Premium Lounge East Hall is for guests with reservations only. Please be advised that all lounges are located in the restricted area (i.e. Airside) at the departures level, hence you must hold an onward boarding pass for lounge access. For more details, kindly check with your respective airlines.
For passengers arriving at Hong Kong, Plaza Premium Lounge Arrival Hall is the perfect option to refresh after a flight and before heading to the city.
To enhance your airport experience, all lounges at Hong Kong International Airport operate 24 hours daily, providing an array of services, including Shower, Lounge Use and Private Resting Suite Package, to all valued guests.
Shower Package (***available at outlet #1,2)
The Shower package offers a 30 minutes shower session at cost HKD200 per person per usage for guests to freshen up before or after the flight. Full amenities shall be provided, including a towel, shower gel, shower cap, hair dryer, lotion, toothbrush, cotton bud and comb. It is available across all lounges at Hong Kong International Airport. Please note, reservations is only available for Arrival Hall and West Hall.
For all the shower booking at HK AIRPORT, there are only 2 quotas for each timeslot. Kindly book different timeslot if there are more than 2 people.
To have shower service at Plaza Premium Lounge (Shower and Relaxation) Gate 60, kindly book the west hall and we can arrange for you to have shower at gate 60 lounge
We encourage the booking for the Lounge Use Package to be made online via the website:
https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com/, at least 6 hours prior to your arrival. Please be reminded that a printed / digital (e.g. email / mobile) booking confirmation shall be presented to our reception desk upon your arrival for lounge access.
